Customer Journey:
Impact on Customers:
Customers scan your QR code when making a purchase. This creates a scan record that you can then confirm and convert into a transaction, automatically awarding them the appropriate rewards.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Navigate to 'Confirm Scans' from the supplier menu
- You'll see a list of pending customer scans
- Review each scan - verify the customer and transaction
- Select the appropriate reward program to apply
- Click 'Process to Invoice' button
- Enter the transaction amount
- Add an order reference (invoice number, order ID)
- Submit - this creates the transaction and awards rewards automatically
Impact on Customers:
Once you confirm a scan and create the transaction, the customer immediately receives their rewards based on your active programs. They can see the transaction in their history and the new rewards in their dashboard.
