These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the PartnerPerks website and loyalty platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Businesses with multiple branches may invite branch users, who are also bound by these terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Some plans charge per point issued or offer custom enterprise pricing. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our fees with reasonable notice; any change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other businesses or customers without authorisation.
• Interfere with the proper operation of the platform or its security features.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

Loyalty Programmes and Rewards

You are responsible for the loyalty programmes you create, including the reward types, rates, and redemption options you offer to your customers. PartnerPerks facilitates the tracking and redemption of rewards but is not a party to the relationship between your business and your customers. You are responsible for fulfilling any rewards you offer and for complying with any laws that apply to loyalty and promotional programmes in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by PartnerPerks and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartnerPerks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if we believe your use of the Service poses a risk to us or others. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
